Production
Our modern machinery includes 40 in part electrical injection moulding machines with a locking pressure of between 25 and 700 tonnes as well as fully automated assembly lines. Owing to this large production range we are in a position to manufacture products with the lowest possible weight of parts as well as heavy-weight plastic components.

The scope of our performance in the field of injection moulding ranges from the processing of traditional plastics (PP, PE, PS, ABS, etc.) over technical plastics (PA66, PBT, PC, POM, PBT/ASA, etc.) up to high-performance plastics (PPS, PEI, etc.).

The supply of materials to the production machinery is fully automated, as is the removal of moulded parts by industrial robots, guaranteeing the smooth running of the production process under the best possible conditions, enabling us to produce large quantities.
